Badger Body & Truck Equipment in Omaha, NE is seeking a skilled mechanic to join our team as an installer. The ideal candidate will have experience in installing and repairing truck bodies and equipment. As a mechanic/installer, you will be responsible for assembling, installing, and maintaining truck bodies, lift gates, van interiors, and other related equipment. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing any mechanical issues that may arise.

The mechanic/installer will work closely with the rest of the team to ensure that all installations are completed in a timely and efficient manner. The ability to work independently and problem solve is essential for this position. The successful candidate will have a strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a mechanic in a related field
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
  • Strong mechanical aptitude
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Reliable transportation
